The Pablo Foundation

The Pablo Foundation

The Pablo Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to suicide awareness and prevention. The organization was born out of personal tragedy — founded in memory of Ricky White, Jr., an 18-year-old who lost his life to suicide. His mother channeled her grief into action, building a community rooted in the belief that no one should ever have to face their struggles alone.

At the heart of everything they do is a simple but powerful message: you are not alone. The Foundation provides a safe and accepting space for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts, as well as for families who have been impacted by suicide loss. Their services include counseling sessions and community forums through a Suicidal Thoughts Support Group, where people can connect, share, and find support.

The organization also works to educate the public about the realities of suicide, pointing to sobering statistics — such as suicide being the second leading cause of death for individuals ages 10 to 24 — to underscore the urgency of their mission. All services are provided free of charge to the community, made possible through donations and the dedication of their volunteer team. Through awareness, compassion, and community, the Pablo Foundation is working to ensure that fewer families have to experience the devastating loss that inspired its creation.
