Founded in 2007, the organization began as a grassroots effort focused on providing grants and scholarships to help families access critical services and support. Over time, it has grown into a comprehensive resource serving children, teens, and adults across northeastern Wisconsin.
The organization offers a variety of programs, including educational support, youth and young adult activities, adult day services, and family-centered resources. Through its center-based programs, Bridge the Gap helps individuals build independence, strengthen social skills, and gain confidence in everyday life.
Bridge the Gap is committed to creating safe, non-judgmental spaces where participants can grow, connect, and thrive. Their mission is rooted in the belief that every person deserves to be celebrated for their unique strengths and supported in reaching their fullest potential.
