Leaders Across the World (LATW) is a youth-led nonprofit committed to breaking financial barriers and democratizing the exchange process. With thousands of members worldwide, LATW encompasses a large and well-knit community. Leaders Across the World aims to promote cross-cultural understanding and empower international participants to eliminate social issues within their communities. They have connected 500+ youth from 50+ countries through their six-week virtual exchanges. They provide participants with leadership and entrepreneurship training, a foundational understanding of global issues, and the opportunity to develop a strong international network. LATW is motivated to provide new, accessible opportunities for students to connect and share their outlooks. They aim to provide a safe space for youth to learn and gain lasting friendships.
