The Florida Institute for Community Inclusion is a non-profit organization that work with young adults with autism to learn transition skills to gain meaningful employment.
Their mission is to provide purposeful experiences and support, opportunity, acceptance, and respect in the community to individuals living with autism and other unique abilities.
They envision a world where individuals with autism and unique abilities achieve their goals of community participation, job placement, and independent living.
The Florida Institute for Community Inclusion wants to break the stigma around those with disabilities by finding competitive employment in the workforce and actively participating in the community. We strongly believe that people are more than just their diagnosis and strive for inclusion.
