Thriving Beyond Breast Cancer (TBBC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on empowering, educating, and uplifting young women ages 21–40 who are diagnosed with breast cancer. They provide free financial stipends to help cover treatment-related expenses, so patients can focus more on healing and less on bills.
Their holistic support includes mental health resources and support groups, connecting patients with professionals and peers who understand the journey. Through their TBBC Podcast, they amplify voices, share authentic stories, and deliver expert perspectives that inspire and inform. Their chemo care kit program provides thoughtfully curated products and resources to provide tangible support to women in active treatment. They also maintain a robust resource library that offers guidance on navigating diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and financial burden.
TBBC’s mission is grounded in community and resilience—they foster a place where no one faces breast cancer alone. Their vision is to help young women break free from the limits of their diagnosis and thrive in life beyond cancer. Under the leadership of a founder who is also a survivor, the organization leverages lived experience, creativity, and compassion to fuel their work.
