Willow Center for grieving Children provides support to children, teens and their facilities who are grieving the death of a loved one.

Their programs are designed to provide a caring, accepting environment that greatly enriches the healing process by allowing children and families to share their grief with others who have had comparable loss.

Their Programs

Peer Support Group- a FREE support group to children, teens, and their adult caregivers who have experienced the death of someone close. Peer support groups are coordinated by behavioral health professionals and trained volunteers to promote the expression of grief and loss, the understanding of death, loss and the process of grief, and to decrease feelings of isolation associated with grief.

Camp Erin- a weekend, overnight camp for kids ages 6-17 who have experienced the death of someone close to them. It is a weekend-long experience filled with traditional, fun camp activities combined with grief education and emotional support- facilitated by grief professionals and trained volunteers from the Willow Center and the community.

Young Adult Group- a FREE, six week long grief support group program for young adults between the ages of 19-29. Coordinated by mental health professionals and volunteers who are here to help young adults through their grieving process.
